Until recently, all the prisoners at Guantanamo detainees were not classified as prisoners of war ", as in the Geneva Conventions have. Therefore, no rights to prisoners of war to be paid. This makes Guantanamo Bay and the controversial practices of the press, the Red Cross and other humanitarian organizations.
It's scary, imagine detained indefinitely in another country, of his element when they put on a daily basis, not knowing how long he would be arrested .... sounds pretty scary to me!
