Cocoa Truffles How Do You Get Powdered Sugar To Not Melt On Chocolate Truffles?

How do you get powdered sugar to not melt on chocolate truffles? - cocoa truffles

My friend made his first batch of chocolate truffles today (soooo good!). She slept with some cocoa powder, coconut, and others, sprinkle with powdered sugar.

The impregnated with powdered sugar icing sugar white as powdered sugar or a little wet or partially melted

All truffles are cooled, they were put in the refrigerator before you realize that it is shaped into balls, if we know that heat was not the problem.

Who knows how the coating with sugar and stay powerdered bright white, regularly?

Thank you!

The moisture in the chocolate is in the dry wines, sugar. The solution consists of the truffle in the chocolate shell and share by creating a beautiful sheen to it, and adds a high level, or you can try some bittersweet mood and see if it
