OK ... I have the answer to this problem once and for all.
I have a long investigation, to get rid of this (my problem) for ever ... as an engineer and a person with a full bird, I have tried many ways to solve "this problem.
This is as follows:
1) ingrown hairs are there for the last 50 years ..
2) the problem began to appear immediately after shaving and the markets have reached aftershave
